This is a very exciting time to be joining One Housing, we are long term investors building for the future - aiming to develop at least 5,000 homes over the next ten years. We have recently re-focussed our development strategy to reflect the changing political and economic environment and we aim to deliver a portfolio with a balance of risk, price points, products and locations.  We build new homes for affordable and intermediate tenures and as well as for open market sale, we also provide a great range of care and support, including the Arlington homeless hostel in Camden.

We strive to provide a first-class service to our customers and residents and this is a pivotal leadership role part of the senior leadership of the business responsible for delivering our ‘One Future’ modernisation programme.

The role reports into the Group Development Director and the successful applicant will lead on our delivery of new business through partnerships with developers, local authorities and other public bodies. We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record  of delivering large and complex residential and mixed-use development projects in London.

The role will be responsible for sourcing new development opportunities and ensuring that large complex projects are delivered in line with approved business plans. Therefore, knowledge and detailed understanding of the development process, development appraisals, joint ventures and funding structures is an essential requirement.
