Our aims and ambition are clear, and we are determined to deliver. To help us on this journey we are looking for an exceptional, innovative, Chief Finance Officer. You will be joining an executive team committed to maximising our impact. This is a substantial leadership, delivery and transformation role. This is a pivotal role in helping us become a truly brilliant business.

Working with and managing finance and treasury teams you will ensure our financial strength; the CFO will contribute to the overall management and strategic direction of the Group and lead the finance and corporate services functions to enable the Group to deliver on its objectives.

You will be a credible leader, adapt at working through others to deliver fantastic results and experienced at working collaboratively across the business. You will be experienced at operating at Board level; able to represent your functions both internally and externally. It goes without saying that we also need people who can embrace our passion and purpose to house and care for those who need a helping hand with life’s challenges.
